Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Viraam ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License Grant

Viraam is licensed on a per-user basis through the Mac App Store. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on all Macs associated with your Apple ID, subject to Apple's standard terms and conditions.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

Free and Pro Versions

Free Version: Includes Eye Rest breaks, Eye Blink reminders, and Basic Pomodoro timer (5 sessions per day). The free version is fully functional without time limits.

Pro Version: Unlocks all break types, Smart Break Grouping, unlimited Pomodoro sessions, extended statistics, themed sounds, and all premium features with a one-time lifetime purchase.

Free Trial

Viraam Free includes a 21-day free trial that begins automatically upon first launch. No credit card or payment information is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, you may continue using the free version with its included features or purchase Pro through the Mac App Store.

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Mac App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not have access to your payment information.

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund processing.

Health Disclaimer

Viraam is a wellness tool, not medical software. While our break reminders are based on research (such as the 20-20-20 rule for eye health and ergonomic guidelines for posture), Viraam is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your work habits if you have any existing medical conditions. Do not rely on Viraam as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOGKUL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our services
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Yogkul LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Viraam" and the Viraam logo are trademarks of Yogkul LLC.

Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
